Helping you achieve a higher level of function in life!
At Body Synergy, our integrative approach to physical therapy not only addresses the individual “parts” that are symptomatic, but analyze how they affect or are affected by the whole. Our mission is to create an optimum environment within the body for healing and facilitate better efficiency of movement, thus improving overall function & performance.
There IS a difference
You know what your goals are; we can help you reach those goals. Conventional rehabilitation relies on protocol to address diagnoses. Working under the principles of Applied Functional Science, the staff at Body Synergy recognizes the person as an INDIVIDUAL, bringing with them their unique qualities and responses to their given diagnosis. We are committed to applying cutting edge knowledge & techniques in order for you to achieve your desired results.
We utilize private treatment rooms to create a more comfortable atmosphere & protect patient confidentiality. Each patient is seen individually throughout their entire treatment session, so that a more in-depth understanding of the patient’s needs can be attained. Our practitioners believe in developing a strong patient-therapist relationship which plays an integral role in contributing to one’s success.
The physical therapy work you did with me was extremely helpful. I have never encountered a medical professional as thorough and attuned to her patients. I think of you daily when I'm doing my morning neck stretches, which continue to be very helpful, and I am always grateful for the help you provided. I also do not travel with out a neck roll and tennis balls, thanks to you! I had always thought my body awareness was pretty good from all my years of yoga, but you increased it by at least an order of magnitude and it really makes a difference with respect to my tension headaches and general stress level. I even do yoga differently now and I notice it is much more effective. Also, your incredible wealth of knowledge about the human body was inspiring. I've never met someone with such an intuitive sense of how the muscle/tendons/etc. interact. I'm certain your intense studies in anatomy aided this, but it still amazed me how you were able to keep all of those details in mind and still understand the holistic bigger picture of how everything works in concert.

Body Synergy has given me my body back. They have restored my feet so I can now walk without pain, my hip, that was causing me great pain and throwing off my whole body doesn’t hurt anymore…and finally now I can sleep without my neck being in constant pain. I have been to many physical therapists over the years and had given up and thought I would just have to live with the pain. These ladies approach the body in such a new, intelligent and caring way that I have never experienced before. My doctor is extremely impressed by their professionalism and by their results. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am most grateful I found them.

I have had chronic back problems for years and within 2 weeks I could play golf again and walk the course. I see a personal trainer twice a week now at Body Synergy. My training is very specific for back problems and I always have a one-on-one session weather it is physical therapy or personal training.
