Body Synergy offers one-on-one and small class yoga instruction rooted in the Kundalini method. Practicing yoga helps to promote relaxation and reduce stress while improving breathing patterns and flexibility. Our yoga instructor will tailor your one-on-one sessions to meet your specific needs using exercises that are appropriate for your level. If you prefer joining a class, ours are friendly, welcoming, and non-competitive with no pressure to push yourself excessively beyond your body’s limits.
